Membership fee is non -refundable. |

Registration of plot will be done only after payment of the total cost of the plot/plots. |

The installments should be paid on orbefore 7th day of each month. |

|
Defaulters (in payment terms) shall have no claim overthe choice of plots. |
| |
|
|
The company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage due to any act of nature
or that of the State. |

|
|
Registration charges including Stamp Duty and allied expenses shall be borne by the purchasers. |
| |
|
|
Corner plots shall cost 20% extraand commercial plots shall cost 50% extra. |
| |
|
|
The printed prices in the payment schedule table are subject to variation without any prior notice. |
| |
|
|
No price escalation after executi on of Agreement. |
| |
|
|
The physical position ofthe allotted plot/plots may vary at the time of handlingover possession. |
| |
|
|
Any application relating to cancellation of Allotment/Agreement will be entertained after three
months only from the date of receipt of the application by the company & the paid amount will
be returned to the applicantwithout any interest as per the related clause of the Agreement. |

|
Other terms & conditions shall be governed by the terms & condition of the Agreement to be
executed with the purchaser prior to allotment of plots. |

The company reserves the right to change / modify / delete / add any or all the above terms
& conditions at anytime. |

|
All legal matters are subject to Bhubaneswar jurisdiction only. |
| |
|
|
The terms & conditions relating to the transaction of plot shall vary from time to time on the
exigencies of thesituationand shall be final and binding on the customers. |
