Doors : All Door frames of Sal wood, All Doors will be of commercial type flush doors with enamel painting and main door teak veneered with mortise lock and Eye-piece.
Windows : Windows frame are made up of Aluminum with MS grill & 4mm Glass panes.
Electrification : Electrical wiring, all copper wire in Concealed conduits, convenient Provisions of lights and power plugs as well as TV and telephone outlets.
Flooring : Marble to be fixed in all rooms, balconies and Halls.
Painting : Putty finish in Living and Dining. Distemper finish for interiors and cement paint for external walls and enamel paint for doors.
